More info on new Orb album

According to Dave Booth, who spoke with Malicious Damage, Baghdad Batteries will be brand new Orb album (recorded by Alex with Thomas Fehlmann), and not part of Orbsessions. However, Orbsessions 3 will appear sometime in the future...

"There'll be a new orb album released on malicious damage in june
it's called baghdad batteries, is the third in the orbsessions series and it's all brand-new material from alex paterson & thomas fehlmann - full details will be announced shortly but if you want a sneak preview make sure you turn up for the first night of the malicious gigs as we'll be playing a few tracks"
